What does the delivery cost?
UK delivery is just £2.50 on orders up to £30 and is completely FREE for any order over this value. International deliveries cost between £4 to £30 depending on the size of the order. You can get a shipping calculation on the basket page of our website.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Please allow up to 7 working days for your order to be processed. Everything we do is made to order. We do aim to ship within 24 hours but during busier times, this can be a bit longer. Delivery normally takes between 1 to 3 working days for UK orders, up to 7 working days for European orders and up to 15 days for all other overseas orders.
Do you offer a Next Day Delivery service?
We always try and occomodate our customers. If you require something urgently, please contact us prior to ordering and we will see what we can do!
Do you ship internationally?
Yes we do. Select your country in the checkout to receive your postage quotation and to proceed. If you receive a 'we currently don't ship to your area type message', please get in touch with us.
Do your orders have tracking information?
Generally, no. Our orders are shipped by First Class Royal Mail so have no means of tracking.
How long does it take to ship personalised products?
Although we make all of our products to order, we have the materials generally ready to go. Personalised orders obviously require further work in producing the materials to get them ready for application. Please allow an additional couple of days for personalised orders on top of our normal dispatch times.
How do I wash Unlap t-shirts?
Our t-shirts can be washed as normal. However, please do not tumble dry our garments. This can damage the artwork. Please also iron the garments inside out.
Are your items official?
Yes and no. Some of our designs are officially licensed and contain sponsor logos and trademarks. Other designs are completely unofficial - these never have and trademarked logos on them.
Are you mugs dishwasher safe?
Yes, they are.
I ordered the wrong size, can I please exchange it?
Yes, of course. If you file a Returns request (link at the bottom of the page) we will get your t-shirt exchanged for you.
The print is a little misshaped, what can I do?
Our white t-shirts get stretched while under temperature. This helps the artwork adhere to the cotton and ensures a very long life of the t-shirt. It does mean on some ocassions the t-shirt artwork may be out of shape. You will find, however, after its first wash, the artwork will go back into its correct shape.
Are the hoodies meant to have a hole in the pocket?
Yes, they are. This is to put your headphone cable through :)
